Listed below are a few of my current projects. My interests are varied--virtually unlimited, really--except as by choice, but most contain two common components:
- they involve some type of business (the exchange of goods and/or services for money); and,
- they have some connection to the web (i.e. ecommerce), which is where the future of business is heading, actually where it's already at!
Northern Michigan Photography Website
As a gift to my step-daughter, Nicole, and being that she loves "upnorth," has an artistic nature, and is quite talented when it comes to photography, as well as give her a little financial boost, I am designing (in my spare time) a photography website, featuring her images from "upnorth." With Northern Michigan Photography, she'll be able to showcase and eventually sell her photographic works online. View the site's progress at www.northernmichiganphotography.com.

Bankruptcy Doctor Promotional Campaign
A fateful phone call last year aligned me with my latest and greatest collaborative project: the major promotional launch of Bankruptcy Doctor, a cutting-edge concept in the field of bankruptcy, born early last year by Saginaw Attorney Mike Shovan. This comprehensive campaign includes a mix of radio, television, billboards, print and internet promotions, and seeks to make a big impact in local markets. Though program specifics are being kept under wraps until official launch, the program hopes to bring enlightenment and understanding to the many, many people hit hard by the economic downturn of the past few years, who find themselves faced with difficult financial decisions to make. This major campaign is scheduled for launch in early 2011. Be on the look-out soon for Bankruptcy Doctor. You can visit Mike's website and blog at www.bankruptcy-doctor.com.

Family Heritage Photo Preservation
Recently suffering the loss of my dear aunt, the family produced many old family photos which were used for the funeral boards. Aunt Mary Lou had many of Grandma's antique photos from generations before us, some as early as 1912. These old family photographs are a wonderful and fascinating look into our family heritage, and a special family treasure. Alas, some of the photos are faded and torn, as age does its dirty work, and these are the only copies. To preserve our family photo heritage, I'm digitally converting these precious remnants from our past to preserve and share with the rest of the family. After conversion, I'll be able to use them to make slideshows or music CDs--virtually any project I please. If you have any old photos or documents that you'd like to preserve, contact me at Affordable Website Solutions, and I'll be happy to quote your project. Prices start at $1.00 per piece. If you're like me, you and your family will be so glad you did. It truly is the gift of a lifetime.
